Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and MultiDM (“MultiDM”, “we”, “us”), the operator of multidm.com. By accessing or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use MultiDM on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.

MultiDM is an Instagram DM automation platform: automated messaging flows, a unified inbox, comment moderation, subscriber management, link-in-bio pages, and analytics. The service requires a connected Instagram Professional (Business or Creator) account and operates through Meta's official APIs.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction or by Instagram's own terms) and capable of forming a binding contract to use MultiDM.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for ensuring your use of MultiDM — including every automation you configure — complies with Instagram's Terms of Use, Meta's Platform Terms, and Community Guidelines. Meta may independently restrict your Instagram account for policy violations; that is outside our control.

You agree not to use MultiDM for spam, harassment, deceptive practices, unlawful content, or any activity that violates Instagram's policies or applicable law. Specifically prohibited: unsolicited bulk messaging, automated interactions with users who have not engaged with your account, sale or transfer of your account, scraping, and attempts to probe or disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. MultiDM depends on Meta's Instagram API, which may change, rate-limit, or fail outside our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

MultiDM is currently offered free of charge. If paid plans are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be presented before any charge, and continued use of paid features will be subject to those terms.

The MultiDM service — its design, code, and branding — is owned by MultiDM. You retain ownership of your content (flow configurations, message templates, bio pages). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and process that content solely as necessary to provide the service. Instagram and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.; MultiDM is an independent product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta.

You may stop using MultiDM and delete your account at any time from Settings or by emailing support. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, legal necessity, or extended inactivity, giving notice where reasonable. Upon termination, your data is deleted per the retention rules in the Privacy Policy. Sections 8, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.

MultiDM is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service — including actions Meta takes against your Instagram account. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or ₹5,000 (INR).

You will indemnify and hold MultiDM harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your automations, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party right or platform policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The version and date above always reflect the current revision.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and MultiDM regarding the service.
